Review: The Beauty of Grace

The Beauty of Grace The Beauty of Grace by Nicole Richard
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

***** April's Review ***** 5 Dreams and Screams
She’s a woman running from her past.

He’s a man with a fractured heart.

Natalie Brentwood is determined to
escape a life of betrayal and abuse. She vows to live
the life she knows she deserves, despite the one
she’s endured.

Cy Davis is no stranger to lies and deceit.
He’s harbored a ten-year grudge that could quite
possibly ruin his chances with a woman who blindly
captured his heart.

But when two people are brought together by fate,
can they be the light that the other needs? Or will a secret
and past insecurity be a test of their love and faith.

A story of love and hate and the depths one will go to bury
heartbreak that runs deep.
OMG! I loved this book. The relationship between Natalie and Cy was very hot from the beginning once he got past his awkwardness. Their chemistry was hot. I thought Natalie's character was well rounded. She came from an abused relationship, but she didn’t let that stop her. She let it strengthen her. Cy is no stranger to lies and deceit, and it has made him bitter to where he hardly let's anyone in. Fate changes that with meeting Natalie. They have an instant connection, and decide to take a chance on love the more time they spend together The background characters were awesome as well. I loved her cousin Spencer, he was good at being her rock but he knew when she needed space as well. But don’t get me started on Cy’s sister Candace. What a witch.

Waiting on Faith is an emotional read that almost brought me to my knees. The character development is great, with an amazing cast of secondary that rock. An intense, realistic, and well written storyline flows smoothly. There is some twist and turns with this one. You can feel the chemistry between Natalie and Faith. I can’t wait to see what this author brings to the table.
